Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase.

To return an artwork, please contact us at support@eddiesartclub.com. If your return is accepted, you'll need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, and send it to:

Once we've received the product and everything checks out, we'll process the refund and you'll receive the full amount back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want: send back the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period within the European Union
If your order is delivered within the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The item must still be in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@eddiesartclub.com.
